Product support is provided free of charge to anyone with a valid license. Just send an email to the following address describing the problem or ask a question:

For problems, please include the following:

  • MAPPER software level and platform
  • Describe the symptoms
  • Describe the steps to recreate the problem
  • If MapconKiss terminated abnormally, include the detailed internal information displayed by MapconKiss.
